TV 2 Vejr offers a clear overview of today's weather in your city. How hot will it be, will the UV radiation be high, and when will the snow return? TV 2 VEJR has the answers.

Under 'Radar & Kort', you can see how the precipitation is moving right now where you are. What will the weather be like today? What will be the highest and lowest temperature? Will there be precipitation and will it be rain, snow, or sleet?

We show you the weather forecast for your location, but of course, you can choose another city to see your local weather either in Denmark or anywhere else in the world. Enter the name of the city in the search field or navigate via the map.

SAVE YOUR OWN LOCATIONS

Get a more accurate weather forecast by entering the address from which you want to receive the weather forecast. It can be your home, your summer house, or where you're planning to have a family lunch. You need to be logged in to save your own locations. Only you can see these locations, and you can easily delete them.

SEND YOUR WEATHER PHOTOS TO US

When you've taken a beautiful weather photo with your phone, you can easily send it to us directly from the app. You'll find the upload function in the top right corner. You need to be logged in to upload photos.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

You can subscribe to 2 categories of push notifications - Weather News and Warnings. Weather News provides you with notifications of the most important weather news, and with warnings, you will be notified when something special happens with the weather, such as a storm or icy roads.

You can also subscribe to today's weather and receive a push notification about the weather for your location. You can choose the time and location you want to receive the forecast for.

WEATHER DATA

At TV 2 Vejr, our focus is to provide the best local weather in Denmark.

Under Radar & Kort in the app, we have radar data from DMI, so you can see where it is currently raining or snowing.

TV 2 Vejret's weather forecasts are based on recognized and leading forecasts from organizations such as DWD (the German weather service) and NWS (the American weather service). TV 2 Vejret's forecasts are of the highest quality and are updated regularly. The forecasts may differ from those of DMI and YR, as the data sources are different.

In addition, for each hour, we calculate the probability of precipitation, which is indicated in %.

TV 2 DANMARK A/S is a 100% state-owned company financed by advertising and subscription revenues. TV 2 DANMARK A/S has not received a license fee since June 2004. In 1986, the Danish Parliament established TV 2 to break the monopoly of DR on nationwide television news coverage. DR was to have competition, and Danes were to have a choice between two public service stations. TV 2 went on the air as a TV station on October 1, 1988, and since 2011, we have had mobile apps.
